This year, AmaWaterways introduced a new collection of Europe itineraries developed in collaboration with Smithsonian Journeys. AmaWaterways will also debut City Escapes this fall. These shoulder season cruises in November and December feature extended time in ports like Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna and Strasbourg. Designed for quieter months with fewer crowds, guests can join exclusive small-group experiences or explore independently at their own pace.

On every trip with AmaWaterways, the upfront price covers all onboard meals and unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks at lunch and dinner, plus a "Sip & Sail" cocktail hour. You can also enjoy an included night at the Chef's Table Restaurant, where six remarkable courses are served with a selection of wines, and chefs prepare and plate the meal in front of you.

Onboard menus highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients and regional flavors, while attentive crew members provide personalized service designed to make every voyage seamless and relaxing. Guests can unwind in inviting public spaces ideal for sightseeing, and many staterooms feature twin balconies: a French balcony with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a separate walk-out balcony for taking in the views.
