Solo Travel Deals plus Scenic Luxury Cruises

If you're thinking of taking a river cruise and traveling solo, you probably already know that operators often charge an extra fee -- called a single supplement -- for an individual booking a cabin intended for two.

The good news? Vacations To Go has found low or no single supplements on a variety of river cruise departures. These great solo deals are listed on our site. Click here to see our Singles Travel Discounts now.

Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours offers upscale river cruises that it calls "truly all-inclusive." The upfront rate covers all meals, unlimited beverages, all gratuities, transfers, Wi-Fi, butler service, shore excursions and special events.

On Scenic's ships, guests will enjoy impeccable service and exceptional cuisine, ranging from casual to fine-dining options. Spacious cabins and inviting public spaces allow travelers to relax and take in the beautiful scenery of each region explored.

Scenic makes it easy for guests to customize their experiences in port. For example, Scenic FreeChoice provides a range of options from museum visits and wine tastings to guided hiking and biking excursions. Scenic Enrich features cultural highlights like a private concert in Vienna or an exclusive event in a castle.

On an October 20 departure of Spectacular South of France, join Top Chef's Bryan Voltaggio on a culinary adventure. Voltaggio is a James Beard Award finalist, restaurateur and TV personality. Highlights of this itinerary include truffle hunting with trained hounds, a wine tasting at a local Burgundy vineyard and a visit to a family-run olive farm. On board, enjoy special events including cooking demonstrations, lectures and a customized dinner menu from Voltaggio.
