Toast the marvellous journey ahead of you at this evening’s welcome reception. Please book your flight to arrive prior to 5pm in Amsterdam. (Dinner)

Day 2 Antwerp
Freechoice: Be seduced by beautiful World Heritage-listed Bruges, or learn about the famous Flemish painter, Peter Paul Rubens in Antwerp and visit his former residence as well as the cathedral where a number of his more important works are housed. Day 3 Veere
Freechoice: Choose a guided tour through the quaint streets of Veere, or cycle through the town with a local guide and admire the surrounding dykes. Day 7 Koblenz

Day 8 Cochem
A medieval gem resting on the banks of the Moselle River, Cochem will make you feel as if you’re stepping into a fairytale. Explore this charming city on a tour that culminates in a visit to the iconic Reichsburg Castle. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 9 Moselle Valley Cruising
Admire the beautiful Moselle Valley from the comfort of your Scenic Space-Ship as you relax on board during a full day of cruising. This afternoon if you’re feeling energetic, take a guided bike ride to the pretty village of Bernkastel, where you can rejoin the cruise. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 10 Bernkastel

Day 12 Mannheim
Freechoice: Experience the thrill of the Hockenheim Formula 1 track with a museum visit and an insider tour of the circuit, or join an expert local guide on a historic tour of Heidelberg, where you’ll visit Heidelberg’s Renaissance castle. Day 15 Basel > Zurich
Farewell your Scenic Space-Ship this morning and transfer to Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. Start the next leg of your journey with an overnight stay. (Breakfast)

Day 16 Zurich > Bern
Repeatedly named the city with the best quality of life, Switzerland’s largest city is full of treasures and you’ll discover them first hand on a walking tour. This afternoon transfer to the Swiss capital Bern and your centrally located hotel. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 17 Bern > Lucerne > Bern
Journey to Lucerne, and enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town including the ornate Chapel Bridge, followed by a picturesque cruise on Lucerne’s lake to the village of Vitznau. Join the oldest cog wheel train in Switzerland for a breathtaking ascent of Mount Rigi. (Breakfast)

Day 18 Bern > Montreux
This morning, journey to Gruyères en route to Montreux, where you’ll enjoy your overnight Special Stay. (Breakfast)

Day 19 Montreux > Zermatt
Cruise on Lake Geneva to Chillon Castle and enjoy a guided tour, then board a cogwheel train to the Swiss Alps village of Zermatt.  This evening, check into your hotel in Zermatt for your two-night stay. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 20 Zermatt
Freechoice: Ascend the Swiss Alps by rail to Gornergrat for magnificent views, including the Matterhorn. Alternatively, if your feeling more active, take a guided hike through majestic mountain scenery. (Breakfast)

Day 21 Zermatt > Stresa
Today we cross the border and continue to the Italian city of Stresa. Upon arrival you will check in to your hotel where you’ll enjoy beautiful rooms overlooking the crystal blue waters of Lake Maggiore. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 22 Stresa
Cruise Lake Maggiore, the stunning lake that straddles Switzerland and Italy. Pause along the way to visit the splendid Isola Bella, ‘the beautiful island’. Famous for its baroque palace and luscious gardens, explore the palace and its grounds before returning to Stresa. (Breakfast)

Day 23 Stresa > Lugano
Today journey to Lugano, where you will stay two nights. Although in Switzerland, the city offers a unique Italian flair with the culture and language influenced by its nearest neighbour. (Breakfast)

Day 24 Lugano
Located on the shores of Lake Lugano surrounded by impressive mountains, the city is a sight to behold. Your local guide will escort you through the city’s lively squares, lakeside promenades and Old Town. Spend the rest of your day at leisure exploring the many highlights of this spectacular region. Day 25 Lugano > St. Moritz
This morning, drive to Andermatt where you will board the Glacier Express for a spectacular rail journey through the stunning Swiss Alps, before arriving in St. Moritz for an overnight stay. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 26 St Moritz > Seefeld
Travel through towering peaks to Hohenschwangau to see the majestic spires of Neuschwanstein Castle, which you’ll also visit.  Then continue to Seefeld, located on a picturesque plateau in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. (Breakfast)

Day 27 Seefeld > Salzburg
Delight in the spectacular scenery as you venture into the Salzkammergut district, made famous by ‘The Sound of Music’. This afternoon you will arrive in Salzburg. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 28 Salzburg > Vienna
Today your exploration of Austria continues as you visit the lake side town of Hallstatt before ending the day in the capital, Vienna. (Breakfast)

Day 29 Vienna
Today your expert local guide will show you the city’s imperial glory during your guided tour. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Tonight, enjoy a concert of classical music at the Kursalon, a beautiful Italian Renaissance Palace, followed by dinner.
